1. How can I contact Hashiggy?

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any of our products anywhere in the world.

3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders are estimated to be processed and then delivered between 2-4 weeks after purchase due to high demand.

Please allow extra time for your orders to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. In case of uncommon logistics issues, it may take a few more business days. 

Feel safe your order is always in good hands and we will make sure to be delivered safely to your address.

4. I have yet to receive my order.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please send us an email if the deadline has passed so that we can provide you with extra information.

5. My order hasn't arrived yet.

Please contact us if you have not yet received your order so that we can investigate. This is due to the fact that overseas orders are subject to customs procedures. If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

6. I'm concerned about my credit card information's security.

We execute all of our transactions through global secure and encrypted checkouts, so you can rest assured that the information is completely secure. 


7. Why was only one product delivered and the others were not?

For logistics considerations, we have many warehouses in various locations. Your products may be dispatched from multiple warehouses depending on stock. There's no need to be anxious; this is a typical occurrence. Your other item(s) will very definitely arrive shortly. If you have any other concerns, please send us an email.

8. There was a problem with my order.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience! Contact us if you have received product(s) that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

9. I'd like to make some changes to or cancel my order.

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in making the required revisions to your order.

10. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GB Pounds, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

11. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
